Welcome! Here you'll find all the information you need about sending your child to Wilvaken. We invite you to browse at your leisure. There is a lot of information here, but we feel that parents should have a good feeling for the place to which they may be entrusting their child. We care!

Come to our Open House Saturday June 2nd from 1PM to 5PM. Come meet us and some of our staff. Visit our facilities. We welcome returning families as well!!
Arrival Day: Please try to arrive between 09h30 and 11h30. Our staff will be available to guide you to a parking spot, direct you to the cabin, and help you with luggage. You then will be asked to visit the lodge to meet with one of the directors and the nurse. At that time we ask you to hand over your medicare card, medications, payment and any other important papers that we would keep in safekeeping.
Departure Day: Your child will be available to be picked up between 09h30 and 11h30. Due to changes in our departure days in 2012, the pick up time may change. Our staff will be available to guide you to a parking spot, and direct you to your child's cabin. The counsellor will already have given your child his or her medicare card and medication. If there is anything in safekeeping, then please ask for the director and we will give you the papers as requested.
