When choosing a camp for your child, you should make sure that the camp has accreditation with the provincial camping association. These organizations ensure that accredited members respect standards in regard to safety, health, staffing, cleanliness, kitchen, and activities, as well as business practices and ethics.
Wilvaken is an accredited member of both l'Association des Camps du Québec (ACQ) and the Ontario Camps Association (OCA). We are visited every 3 to 4 years by either the ACQ or the OCA to make sure that we meet the standards of these associations. We are proud of our standing with both of these organizations.
We are also members of the Canadian Camping Association, and the International Camping Fellowship. Information about any of these organizations is accessible by clicking on the icon at the foot of the page.
